Pancakes
with meat filling

Ingredients: crepe 75 % (premium quality wheat flour, water, egg mass, milk, kephir, canola oil, sugar, salt), meat filling 25 % (cooked chicken 43 %, cooked pork 26 %, cooked beef 18 %, fried onions (onions, canola oil), salt, spices).

Preparation: Heat cooking oil in a large frying pan. Place crepes in the pan making sure they do not touch one another. Fry the pancakes about 10 minutes (turning once) until light brown. Place on a napkin or paper towel to soak up oil and serve immediately with sauce.
