Ingredients: dough 62% (premium quality wheat flour, drinking water, vegetable oil, salt); meat filling 38% (mutton 60%, beef 10%, turkey meat 8%, onions, salt, spices).

Preparation: put dumplings into boiling salted water. After rising to the surface, reduce the heat and boil for more 5-7 minutes.
