pancakes with smoked bacon

Ingredients: boiled potato (76 %), potato starch, smoked bacon (7 %) (bacon, salt, spices, sugar, smoke extract), fried onions( onions, rapeseed oil), drinking water, bread crumbs (wheat flour, drinking water, table salt, yeast), table salt.

Preparation: fry pancakes in hot oil or fat (180-200  ̊C) on both sides until they turn yellowish.
