INGREDIENTS: 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 100ml natural yogurt, lemon juice, dill, 1 head of garlic, spices to taste (salt, pepper, basil, parsley etc.).
PREPARATION: put a head of garlic, spices, squeeze a lemon into a blender and blend everything. Then, put mayonnaise and the remaining yogurt into the same blender and once again blend all the ingredients. Enjoy this delicious sauce!
INGREDIENTS: 30g butter, 30g flour, 300ml milk, 1 beaten egg, 125 grated cheese (any kind of fermented cheese can be used), spices to taste (salt, black peppers, fresh basil, onion, parsley).
