Cheese sauce

INGREDIENTS: 30g butter, 30g flour, 300ml milk, 1 beaten egg, 125 grated cheese (any kind of fermented cheese can be used), spices to taste (salt, black peppers, fresh basil, onion, parsley).

PREPARATION: melt butter in a frying pan, put flour and, stirring everything, cook over a low heat for about 1 minute. Then, remove a frying pan from the heat and, slowly stirring, pour milk. When everything is well-stirred, once again cook the sauce for 2-3 minutes. Do not forget to slowly stir! After that, let the sauce to cool down a bit and stir in an egg and cheese, put spices to taste, and the sauce is ready! Enjoy your meal!
