Ingredients: potato mass 89,5 % (boiled potato 84 %, potato starch 10 %, water, salt), meat filling 10 % (boiled mechanically separated chicken 52 %, boiled beef 16 %, water, boiled flitch 9 %, fried onions (onions, canola oil), minced soya, salt, spices), breadcrumbs 0,5 % (wheat flour, water, iodised salt, yeast).
Preparation: Heat cooking oil in a large frying pan. Place potato pancakes in the pan making sure they do not touch one another. Fry the pancakes about 10 minutes (turning once) until light brown. Place on a napkin or paper towel to soak up oil and serve immediately with sauce.
