Ingredients: crepe 76 % (premium quality wheat flour, water, egg mass, canola oil, sugar, salt), meat filling 24 % (cooked mechanically separated chicken 53 %, cooked pork 18 %, cooked flitch 12 %, fried onions (onions, canola oil), salt, spices).
Preparation: Heat cooking oil in a large frying pan. Place crepes in the pan making sure they do not touch one another. Fry the crepes about 10 minutes (turning once) until light brown. Place on a napkin or paper towel to soak up oil and serve immediately with sauce.
