Ingredients: crepe 76 % (wheat flour, water, egg mass, canola oil, sugar, salt), curd filling 24 % (lean curd 47 %, water, semolina, sugar, wheat flour, modified potato starch, vanillin).

Preparation: Heat cooking oil in a large frying pan. Place crepes in the pan making sure they do not touch one another. Fry the crepes about 10 minutes (turning once) until light brown. Place on a napkin or paper towel to soak up oil and serve immediately with sauce.
