Ingredients: crepe 82 % (premium quality wheat flour, water, egg mass, 2,5 % fat milk, 2,5 % fat kephir, canola oil, sugar, salt); cheese filling 18 % (45 % fat fermented cheese 75 % (pasteurised milk, salt, starter cultures, ferment, colour beta- carotene), water, potato starch, spices).
Preparation: Heat cooking oil in a large frying pan. Place pancakes in the pan making sure they do not touch one another. Fry the pancakes about 10 minutes (turning once) until light brown. Place on a napkin or paper towel to soak up oil and serve immediately with sauce.
