balls with meat filling

Ingredients: potato mass 85,5 % (potatoes 66 %, potato starch 16 %, potato flakes 1 % (dried potatoes 99,3 %, salt), salt); meat filling 14 % (flitch 27 %, pork 22 %, chicken meat 12 %, potatoes, drinking water, onions, soy flour, spices, salt), semolina 0,5 %.

Preparation: Pour the balls into boiling salted water. Once the balls float to the surface, reduce the heat and cook for another 6-8 minutes. Or fry in hot oil or fat, until they turn yellowish.
