Dumplings
with potato filling

Ingredients: dough 65% (premium quality wheat flour, drinking water, table salt); potato filling 35% (boiled potatoes 93%, onions, vegetable oil, spices, table salt).

Preparation: put dumplings into boiling salted water. After rising to the surface, reduce the heat and boil for more 5-7 minutes.
