potato dumplings with meat

Ingredients: potato mass 82% (potatoes, potato starch, drinking water, salt); meat filling 18% (beef, pork, chicken, onions, stock, spices, vegetable oil, salt).

Preparation:Bring 4 l of water to the boil, mix the potato starch and salt in a cup of cold water and pour the mix into the boiling water. After the salted water with starch comes to the boil, put the frozen potato dumplings into the boiling water one by one. When the water comes to the boil one more time, use a spatula or a spoon to remove the potato dumplings carefully from the bottom of the pot. After rising to the surface, boil for another 25-35 minutes.
